Who we are
OHM Global Opportunities is an overseas recruitment agency approved by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India (Licence No: B-3434/TN/PER/100/5/11437/2026), at #302, First Floor, Sivaprakasam Nagar, Shanmugapuram, Surapet, Chennai – 600066. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean OHM Global Opportunities.
What we collect
Only what you choose to give us, through our website, our enquiry form at apply.ohmglobal.in, WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and the forms on our Facebook and Instagram ads:
- Your name, phone number, email address and city.
- The job or service you are interested in, your qualification, experience, and the countries you prefer.
- Whether you have a passport, and the status of exams such as Prometric, DataFlow, SNB or IELTS.
- Documents you send us for an application, such as your CV, passport copy and certificates.
- Any message you write to us.
Why we use it
- To call or message you about the job or service you asked about.
- To check which openings suit you and to prepare your application.
- To send you an email confirming we received your details, and occasional emails about new openings. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To meet our legal duties as a licensed recruitment agency.
Facebook and Instagram forms
When you fill in a form on one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, Meta passes the answers to us. We use them only as described in this policy. Meta's own privacy policy covers what Meta itself does.
Who we share it with
- Employers abroad and their authorised agents, only for the jobs you apply for.
- Government authorities, such as the emigration system or an embassy, when the law or your visa process requires it.
- Service providers that run our systems for us: secure cloud hosting and database (Cloudflare, Supabase), email delivery (Brevo, Zoho) and notifications to our staff app (Google Firebase). They may only use your details to provide that service to us.
We never sell your details, and we do not share them for anyone else's advertising.
How we keep it safe
Your details are stored in a secure cloud database. Only our own staff can see them, after signing in. We keep your details while we are helping you and for as long as the law requires, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them, and you can stop our emails with the unsubscribe link. Write to [email protected] or call +91 63 809 00281. We reply within 30 days.
Age
Our services are for people aged 18 and over.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
