What is the minimum contract I have to sign with the hospital in Oman?

What is the eligibility criteria for Oman hospitals?
Below is the eligibility criteria to get a job in any hospital in Oman:
- Qualification: BSc or GNM in Nursing
- Experience: minimum 2 years of experience in any department after registration
- Candidates with Oman Prometric and Data Flow reports (Data Flow takes around 45 to 60 days)
What is the process for the interview?
We send the documents to the client for the interview. The interview is mostly on Skype. Telephone and face-to-face interviews are also conducted.
After a successful interview, you get an offer letter. After the offer letter, some documentation, attestation and employment verification is also done.
What is the process of documentation?
The candidate must have completed their degree or diploma certificates. The candidate must go through HRD and MEA attestation of the following documents:
- Degree and diploma
- Registered Nurse registration certificate
- Mark sheet / transcript
- Employment certificates
The time frame is 45–60 days at most.
What is the process of my visa application?
Once the attestation is done, the client applies for the e-visa. The processing time is 15 working days. Once we receive the visa, the client or the candidate must book the tickets.
